New Resources from NSW Food Authority

The NSW Food Authority is the key front line agency and plays a vital role in educating both industry and consumers when it comes to food allergies.

In NSW, all food businesses are required to provide information about the most common allergens, gluten and sulphites through correct labelling and information.

A new release version of ' Be Aware, be Allergy Prepared' is available under course resources once you have logged into your training account or simply CLICK HERE for your copy.

In addition the Authority has updated the preparation of Raw Egg Products fact document and is available under course resources once you have logged into your training account or simply CLICK HERE for your copy
