Approved Nationally Accredited Training

If you are a server or seller of food in NEW SOUTH WALES, you are on the correct website for receiving your official Food Safety Supervisor (FSS) Recertification certificate (RETAIL)

FSS certificates expire 5 years from the date of issue.

Recertification applies to supervisors and managers of food businesses in NSW who wish to renew their certificate prior to or just after the statutory 5 year expiration of their previously issued certificate.

Nationally Accredited Food Safety Supervisor course Online

Access All Areas Training is approved to deliver the Official NSW FSS Recertification course online! Our online Food Safety courses are approved by the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) and the NSW Food Authority.

Upon successful completion of this unit you will receive an approved NSW Food Authority FSS certificate (valid for 5 years) and a national Statement of Attainment for the accredited unit “Handle food safely in a retail environment” which is recognised in all Australian* States and Territories.

*NSW students are required to use the NSW FSS Certificate in NSW.

It is provided by all approved registered training organisations to all students undertaking the NSW FSS course, either for the first time or re-certifying.
