Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) training approved for virtual delivery

If you are a server or seller of alcohol in VICTORIA, you are on the correct website for receiving your official Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate

Responsible Service of Alcohol certification is mandatory in Victoria for everyone involved in the serving and selling of alcohol. Employers in the licensed hospitality industry require any employee serving or selling alcohol to the public to be certified by a VCGLR State Approved Training Provider.

We are approved to deliver Victoria’s RSA training by interactive video chat or virtual classroom technology for the duration of the Victorian Declared State of Emergency for coronavirus (COVID-19).  This amendment to the approved delivery method aims to ensure the health and safety of our staff and students, industry compliance and support for businesses impacted by the coronavirus.

Course content and maximum class size (25) are not affected by this amendment to delivery method..
