Ensure your Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate is from an accredited RTO

26 March 2021 VCGLR approved training organisations provide students with a VCGLR branded certificate upon completion of their Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) course, allowing them to work in licensed venues in Victoria. Any other certificates are not accepted by inspectors. RSA training is mandatory for certain types of liquor licences but as best practice, all staff should be RSA trained. 26 March 2021 Since the early ‘90s, liquor accords have played an important role in bringing together licensees, regulatory bodies and community groups. Starting in Surfers Paradise, there are now over 70 accords throughout the State including the Northern Peninsula.
