      Leadership Team

Glenn Bird - Head of Operations

Glenn is the Head of Operations for Access All Areas Training and is responsible for all of our Learning and Development activities including Course construction, learning and assessment, compliance and student engagement. In his most recent role he worked for the Department of Education managing the School of Isolated and Distance Education (SIDE).

A learning and development professional he has had a long career managing training organisations and delivery to many different learner groups including disability services, indigenous youth programs, public and private schools, community-based programs, private training organisations, online and face to face training to youth and adults.

At Access All Areas Training, Glenn can put his long experience to work ensuring that our students receive a high-quality online training experience and can complete their course and receive their certificate as soon as possible. According to Glenn, “Online learning is really the same as Distance Education, so it is important you present material in a way that is easy for Students to consume.”

Glenn continues “Probably the greatest advantage with Online training is that we can provide a flexible and self-paced learning environment that suits the way students today want to learn. Our platform delivers a consistent learning experience for all students, and it allows us to ensure all materials and topics are covered by every student, and helps minimise any inconsistent learning outcomes”

“I have also found that not all training companies are the same. Some providers offer a very low-cost service, but that comes with very limited support to students, and a limited training window and often leads to high failure rates, which isn’t helpful when you need your certificate for work”

“At Access All Areas Training, our preference has been to offer a “full service” experience, where our trainers are invested in ensuring every student gets the support they need to complete the course and receive the certification they need for employment. This might mean we are a little bit more expensive that some of the other training companies out there, but I am proud of our high completion rates, and I would encourage you to check out our Google Reviews which attest to the good experience most of our students enjoy”

Wanda Daniels - Learning and Support Manager

Wanda is our longest serving employee and has been with us for almost 10 years. She leads the training and assessment team and is responsible for all the support services our students receive.

Wanda has been intimately involved in the Liquor and Hospitality industry for many years now, both on the policy side, and the training side. She spent 8 years with the Department of Racing, Gaming and Liquor in Western Australia, where she developed an intimate understanding of the regulatory environment around the Responsible Service of Alcohol.

She also spent 4 years as a Regulatory Officer for the Australian Hotels Association, which gave her a great understanding of the practical challenges for Employers and Publicans in navigating the regulatory environment for liquor licensing and the responsible service of alcohol to customers.

At Access All Areas Training, Wanda has been putting this experience into practice leading our support activities helping students to gain the knowledge they need to successfully complete their RSA or Food courses and ensuring the support services we provide allow them to complete their course and gain the certification they need as simply and easily as possible.

“The courses we offer are generally entry level courses” says Wanda. “They are the qualifications someone often needs to enter the workforce for the first time. As such, many of the students we are dealing with are often young, or international students, or students with English as a second language. That means it is important that we can provide a proper level of support to ensure each student can secure their accreditation and commence employment as quickly as possible”

“It is a very rewarding role to be able to help our students complete their course and get on the Employment ladder. We enjoy reading all the google reviews as they come in. Some of my favourites are below,” said Wanda.

“Access All Areas Training provided excellent training and support for my Food Course. The course materials were comprehensive, and the instructors were knowledgeable and helpful”

“Wonderful online guides and help Step by step at my own pace….. But I did it”

“I had a wonderful experience studying with AAAT Training Organization. The course was very well structured, practical, and easy to follow, making the learning process smooth and engaging. The trainers were professional, supportive, and always willing to provide guidance whenever needed. I highly recommend AAAT Training Organization to anyone looking to further their skills and career. It’s a professional, reliable, and student-focused training provider.”

“They emailed me back when I had some issues and were absolutely on top of making sure I was navigating correctly and going to finish my certification!! Absolutely recommend them”

Damon Watkins - Chief Executive Officer

Damon is the owner and CEO of Access All Areas Training, and as such has the ultimate responsibility for the quality of our service, and the outcomes our students achieve. Damon has a long track record leading highly regulated business, originally in Financial Services and now in the Vocational Training sector.

He has managed private businesses and been CEO of ASX listed Companies, so he is keenly aware that the best way to deliver good results for the business, is to ensure you are delivering good results to the key stakeholders, in our case that is our Students and those Employers that trust us to ensure their employees get the qualifications they need to do their jobs properly.

Damon comments “Access All Areas courses are probably not always the cheapest out there, but for a few dollars more than the average, what you will get from us is a strong commitment to helping you complete the certificates you need, by putting genuine student support at the centre of what we do. Where all the assessment tasks are completed successfully, we generally issue your certificate the same day”

“The fact that large National groups such as Coles, Hungry Jacks and Dan Murphys trust us to provide key training services to their staff tells me that we are doing something right. Also, our students tell us in their own words (check out our google reviews here) how we help them every day to get the certifications they need to be able to get into the workforce, or get extra skills for that next promotion”

“Reviews are important to us. We make the time to read every review and use that feedback to always try and improve what we are doing. Some good examples of recent reviews are below”

“User friendly, easy to navigate. Results were very fast”

“I am very satisfied with my training experience. The chapters were well-structured, easy to follow, and covered all the key topics in detail. The trainer explained concepts clearly and provided practical examples, which made the learning process engaging and effective”

“quick to respond, patient and communicative. would recommend!”

“Amazing info RSA course 10/10, efficient responses and great timing on dealing with problems”

      Frequently Asked Questions

Access All Areas Training is an Australian Registered Training Organisation (RTO 52312) that delivers compliance-driven training for the Hospitality sector. Unlike general education providers, AAAT focuses on courses that are legally required for employment or licensing, meaning training must meet regulator, audit, and enforcement standards. This includes structured learning, formal assessment, identity verification where required, and verifiable certification outcomes.

Employers rely on compliant RTOs to reduce their own risk during audits and inspections. Certificates issued by AAAT are structured to meet regulatory expectations and can be verified when required. This reduces the likelihood of staff being stood down or retrained due to non-compliant certification.

In regulated training, experience directly affects compliance outcomes. Established RTOs are better equipped to interpret legislation, understand enforcement trends, and adjust training accordingly. This reduces the risk of invalid certificates, failed audits, and operational disruption for both individuals and employers.
